Lunch 04/07/2012

Recently I've learned that my favorite fastfood restaurant, Maoz Vegetarian is closing their only restaurant in Madrid. So there wont be anymore Maoz for me :'(  Tiger and I went to have dinner and they kindly gave us the leftovers so I had them for lunch yesterday.

My Maoz salad had cous cous, tomato sauce, fried cauliflower and carrots. I also made a leek and mackerel fillets salad, in order to have some protein after my workout.
Booooh I'm gonna miss it :'(

Leftovers everywhere!
Tiger and I shared the last sushi roll we had so we could enjoy four pieces each. And, since we had gone to Maoz Vegetarian the previous night, we had enough leftover for lunch! It came in handy because I overstayed in the gym, so I didn't have time to cook anything, heheh~~

My Maoz salad had cous~cous, carrots, cauliflower and simple salad (not cucumber or colesaw). Had it with some sweet and sour sauce.
