Tapas 30/06/2012

Tiger and I went to spend the weekend at my parent's home, so we could celebrate together the patron saint's days of my hometown. These holidays are all about food and drinks, so we had plenty of tapas and other delicious food (my mom's homemade dishes and other fancy menus from restaurants) Here are the tapas we had:

These puff pastry were filled with peppers and mushrooms and covered in that white soft cheese sauce. Pretty good, a bit too oily but loved the crunchiness!

Mackerel chunks with balsamic vinegar over bread with caramel~coated onions. Nothing special but mackerel does work well with onions.

Big mussel croquette. Tasted like other famous tapa called "Tigres" (Tigers in spanish!) which are stuffed mussels. This croquette just lacked the shell, heheh.
